Classes

Chiaki Real Estate School (CRES) offers affordable continuing education (CE) courses for Texas real estate agents. We are a TREC-approved provider (Provider# 10783-CEP) offering live Zoom classes that make your license renewal easy. Each course is a flat fee of $25 and can be completed from the comfort of your own home. Log in, stay on camera as required for CE credit, and we handle the rest. NOTE: To register, click on the registration button associated with the course you wish to attend. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom login information. Reminder emails are sent the day before class and again the morning of the course date. If you do not receive the email reminder, call our office at (210)647-6557 to have one sent to you.
